I went in to buy my wife some good walking shoes for an upcoming trip to Disneyland, and I was very impressed by the help we received from Kaden. He was knowledgeable about the different styles and extremely personable. We'll definitely be back to your store in the future for all of our running and hiking shoes!

Really like the process they put you through at UtahRun to find the perfect pair of shoes. Cat was a huge help, and after trying on a lot of different pairs and testing them out, I am extremely pleased with the pair I ended up leaving with. Will definitely shop here again

For people like me, who usually shop for running shoes online or at big box stores, a place like this can be intimidating. But from the moment I walked into UtahRUN I felt at ease and welcomed. Every employee I encountered at this store was helpful and kind, but the person I interacted with the most was Julie. Not only did she patiently help me for over an hour as I tried to decide on the perfect shoe, but she also shared great running tips, gracious advice, and honest feedback. I ended up coming back to this store with questions about the shoe I had purchased and there was no shame just encouragement. I am a woman in my 40s and I can’t remember a time I received such wonderful customer service. I will be back to this store again and again! Thank you, Julie, for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed, and for making me a UtahRUN enthusiast!

My husband and I are new to running and went in not knowing a whole ton. Jess was AMAZING!!! My husband had a long list of questions and she was so patient and knowledgeable. She spent quality time making sure we understood everything. We were able to get our feet scanned and record our feet/legs on the treadmill. She picked out shoes that were perfect for us on the first try, but continued to bring us new styles and shapes until we were confident. 11/10 recommend this store, but especially meeting and talking to Jess!

First time in this store. It's so nice to be able to shop local. I picked up a pair of running shorts and running top. Items in my size (M) were somewhat limited but I still found the perfect outfit. The Brooks shorts in size M fit so comfortably. I've a big bum and sometimes finding a good pair of running shorts is difficult but these were PERFECT 👌 They carry a nice variety of running accessories and shoes. I will definitely be back.

I am so impressed with this store! Becca help me today and I would recommend her and every employee 100%! I bought used running shoes my entire life and decided that today was going to be an upgrade. I had no idea what I was looking for and I didn't know what I needed. Becca was so good to ask the right questions to figure out what distance, support, and patterns. she was good to help me compare different shoes and how my body ran with them, and carefully observed my feet as I Ran So that she made sure that I got the right fit. I'm very impressed! Originally I was going to buy online for slightly cheaper, but I'm never buying running shoes anywhere else now. You're guaranteed a great experience, excellent service, knowledgeable opinions on shoes for the best buy, no pressure, AND you're supporting small businesses. 10/10

Shout out to Kyle who was super friendly and helpful when I came to buy my first pair of running shoes. I actually had first gone to Runner’s Corner in Orem and had a disappointing experience. Wandered around a bit before someone approached me and said, “Just so you know we close in like 20 minutes.” They weren’t very helpful, telling me “Yeah basically any running shoe will work”, tossed me three options and disappeared for a while. I left and came here to UtahRUN instead and it was a night and day difference!! Kyle immediately greeted me with friendliness, took me through an entire gait analysis, and walked me through the shoe selection process prepping different options for me to try on in a no-pressure way. He let me pick his brain on running tips and technique and I left happily with my new pair of shoes! Thank you for a wonderful customer experience and for these great shoes!

Im new to running and am not your traditional runner. I went in to have my feet scanned to determine what shoe would be best for me. The staff was incredible and super friendly / helpful. I got lined up with an amazing new shoe. Thank you.

Awesome to see Utah Run come down the way into Pleasant Grove. Kaden was helpful and nice as always. Got everything you need whether seasoned runner or a total newbie
